Executives In Sport Group (EISG) is pleased to announce the arrival of Jake Travis, who joins the business as a Consultant within the commercial team.
Jake brings several years of recruitment experience, specialising in partnership sales, activation and strategy roles. He will work closely with sports organisations across all sports, supporting senior appointments that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.
With a background working in performance-focused sporting environments, Jake offers a well-rounded perspective on how organisations operate both on and off the field of play. This insight allows him to support clients and candidates with a deep understanding of the commercial structures, leadership requirements and cultural considerations that underpin success in sport.

Outside of work, Jake is a life long Liverpool supporter, inspired by the club’s iconic 2005 Champions League comeback. He is also a keen golf and American football fan, enjoys travelling, and has a taste for adrenaline, having completed a skydive.
