Job Description:

The Executives In Sport Group are working exclusively on behalf of London Stadium to recruit a Partnership Development Manager.


London Stadium are looking to recruit a Partnership Development Manager to drive partnership revenue for the stadium. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the partnership and commercial environment, with the opportunity to work for a leading stadium with a wide range of exciting sporting, music and entertainment events.


The Partnership Development Manager will be “hands on” within the Commercial team and will support the Head of Commercial in securing new commercial partners for the stadium.

Alongside your partner acquisition responsibilities, you will manage current partners and be tasked with identifying additional revenue streams such as advertising and events for the stadium.

No two days will be same, and this role will give you the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of commercial and partner delivery activities. Day to day you will be involved in driving commercial income across various revenue streams at London Stadium.

Your responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Commercial in driving commercial income across various revenue streams at London Stadium through research, looking for leads and preparing presentations
  • Alongside the Head of Commercial, you will lead the full sales cycle in order to secure new commercial partners.
  • Developing and delivering compelling proposals to proactively source new commercial partnerships
  • Researching new business and revenue opportunities
  • Co-ordinating and support the development, implementation and management of the commercial partnerships function at London Stadium through sales KPI’s
  • On-going management of sales leads to help London Stadium achieve its annual business objectives and revenue targets
  • Protecting, enhancing and further develop the London Stadium brand
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with commercial partners, prospects, agencies, stadium event owners and their wider stakeholder network
  • Event attendance as required


  • A strong understanding of commercial partnerships
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Success in a proactive business development role
  • Experience in the sports industry would be beneficial
  • Independent, energetic, technical, and capable of aiming for results under pressure and ambiguity
  • Able to handle adverse and unexpected situations in a composed and professional manner
  • Exceptional problem-solving and reasoning skills


Due to the nature of working for a stadium, you may be required to work evening and weekends and a flexible approach to working is therefore required.
