A leading football organisation are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead on the customer acquisition, engagement and retention across their digital products; including apps and websites/
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING//
This role focusses on bringing the beautiful game to the people, working closely with the elite level of the sport in a way that is accessible for your average Joe.
As an expert in the app user life-cycle you will be tasked with hitting targets upon customer acquisition and retention. In this role it's not good enough to just bring people to the app, you will also increase the levels of engagement and usage through data-driven campaigns and customer analysis.
Using your knowledge of strategic planning, you will set marketing plans focussed on achieving goals across numerous platforms and different verticles in the business (including commercial, broadcast and content).
You'll create highly engaging, unique campaigns to attract people to your products using targeted methods of both paid and owned channels. Campaign reflection is key here, identifying where your campaigns have hit the high notes and where they may have fallen flat - all with the aim of keeping at the highest acquisition level at all time.
