We are currently working with a Leading Venue, to help them find a Sous Chef, who will be responsible for delivering a food service that will provide a premium experience to all diners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef, to join a growing, friendly and supportive organization that is constantly going from strength to strength.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring operational quality and excellence is maintained.
- Making sure health and safety regulations are met
- Ensure all employees are trained
- A clear knowledge of scheduling rotas
- Working closely with the Head Chef to aid in day to day operations
- Consistently making sure menus are updated
- To ensure the highest standards of food service
The ideal candidate
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for quality food ingredients
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent people skills with the ability to develop
- Outgoing, passionate, excellent customer service
