We're currently looking for a Sous Chef who has the ability to take on the challenge of working in the extremely fast-paced and intense kitchen environment of a large football stadium.
A proven leader, you will have experience of managing a team in the delivery of a minimum of 500 covers a day to very strict deadlines. Catering for everything from kiosks through to executive lounges, it essential that you have a diverse skillset and the capability to produce of food of the highest quality to match the demands of all that visit the stadium, both on match-days and for all other conferences and events.
As a Manager, you will deputise for the Head Chef, assist in the creation of menus, manage staffing rotas, help with training and development, ensure that the relevant audits, documentation and records are up to date and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
In a constantly changing environment with a diverse range of customers you will need to be adaptable Sous Chef with a customer focussed mentality and the drive to continually want to deliver quality in all areas.
