A leading South London based sports organisation is actively seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be based within the company’s commercial department.
A permanent role, this would ideally suit someone with a passion for sport and experience in a Commercial Administrator or Sales Support Administrator role. Your duties will include;
Adding Invoices to the Server
Use of Sage
Use of ticketing platforms for live events
Liaising with other departments prior to events regarding catering requirements for clients
Sending itineraries for events
Maintaining Corporate database
Ad-hoc tasks on request
You will be required to work at weekends and evenings from time to time to support major events and you’ll be a flexible individual, able to work well under pressure and multi-task. Well organised and with strong communication skills, you’ll also need to have excellent IT skills.
