WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR//

They’re seeking a German speaking recruiter, based at their London office, to own the recruitment process and provide dedicated support to the German office.
 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING//

It’s all about quality rather than quantity here, and you will be tasked with finding the organisation the most talented individuals in the industry to add to their growing team. You will manage the full recruitment process, from writing engaging job specs, screening candidates, conducting interviews and achieving successful hires.

  • Using your fluent German language skills you will execute your recruitment strategy for each role, networking and building relationships with relevant candidates as you become the expert in the German sport recruitment space to maximise direct hires.
  • Acting as a candidate ambassador you will deliver a top rate candidate experience each and every time, in line with the organisations philosophy.
  • You will work particularly across the commercial, production and marketing sectors, proactively seeking areas to grow and staying on top of industry trends to keep the organisation at the top of its gain, achieving both business and personal goals.

 

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED//

  • You must have recruitment experience both in-house and agency side
  • Must be fluent in both English and German
  • Experience in global recruitment- an understanding of visa restrictions and cultural differences
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates

 

On offer for the right candidate is a salary of £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience), 25 days holiday and private medical insurance along with the opportunity to work with a progressive and forward thinking organisation at the forefront of the industry.
