Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnership Sales Executive to join a major London based sports organisation. Joining a hugely ambitious sports organisation, you’ll need a strong understanding of the sponsorship landscape, ideally in sport.

This position will play a key role in the partnership sales process for the sports organisation in the UK, in the London region.

The focus for the successful candidate will be on acquisition of new partners - prospecting, pitching, negotiating and securing new partners. Ideally you will have an understanding of how sponsors activate and experience in the handover process

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, approach and successfully account manage new prospects order to achieve agreed targets for sponsorship income

· Manage and improve existing relationships with current partners to deliver beneficial partnerships

· Work with senior management on the development and negotiation of contracts relating to sponsorship agreements

Experience required:

· Working in a fast moving, sales focused, target driven environment with proven success in winning new business.

· Experience of securing new commercial sponsorships and partners, preferably in the sports industry

· Proven ability to offer an outstanding account management service

· Experience of presenting to senior level employees at major brands
