Job Description

Our client, a major agency within the sporting arena, are seeking a confident and proactive individual to join their team as a Media Operations Executive. The primary focus of the role is to ensure media research data is delivered to the appropriate client services teams by identifying and sourcing relevant content, along with planning and managing the necessary analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing analysis data through international production centres
  • Liaising with the relevant teams to fully understand requirements
  • Ensuring timely delivery to Client Services teams
  • Identifying and recording relevant content
  • Ordering and maintaining the collation of national and regional newspapers
  • Weekly job prioritisation
  • Ensuring correct content is sent and being worked on in production centres
  • Day-to-day communications with teams worldwide
  • Compiling monthly analysis forecasts for international teams
  • Managing costs against budget
  • Identifying cost effective / efficient was to improve working practices

Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience
  • Previous work within a capacity planning, project management or operations role
  • Able to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced user of MS Excel

This role will suit an individual currently in an operations, coordinator or administration role managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have considerable scope for progression within the business upon successful performance within the Media Operations Executive role.
