Our client, a rapidly growing organisation with a hugely loyal customer base and a massive global presence, are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to oversee the dissemination of information and content to all offices, senior management and employees.
As an Internal Communications Manager it will be your responsibility to ensure that you are regularly engaging with the employees of the business, both in the UK and overseas, through the use of creative material. You will set the precedent for the way information is communicated throughout the business, mentoring other staff as and when required.
This is a standalone position and, whilst you will be working as part of the wider communications team, it is important that you are used to being the main point of contact for all internal communications requirements.
With a number of key business wide projects in the pipeline you will need to hit the ground running and be able to manage the demands of communicating significant business changes to all staff.
This opportunity would be an ideal next step for somebody already established in an Internal Communications Manager position but looking to take on a new challenge, with more responsibility, in a progressive organisation that is going from strength to strength.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have:
- A degree in a related subject
- A solid background as an Internal Communications Manager with proven success in this field
- Global communications experience
- A flare for creating engaging communications content
- Project management experience
- Experience of liaising with, and presenting to, senior stakeholders
- The ability to build relationships with people at all levels in a wide variety of business sectors
