As part of Portsmouth Football Club's ambitious growth strategy, the club are now looking for a Hospitality and Events Administrator to join their great team! With football's most loyal fans, average attendances of around 16,000 people every match and over 11,000 season ticket holders, they have huge plans for the future. It's thus an incredibly exciting time to join one of football's most iconic clubs.
Based in one of the most significant and historic football stadiums in the world, you will be responsible for the administration of the clubs great hospitality packages on match days and the clubs fantastic event facilities for non-match days. With great communication and relationship building skills, you will be tasked with making sure the clubs hospitality and events are extremely well organised. Although no two days will be the same, your normal duties will include answering the phone, responding to enquiries, booking hospitality and events and making sure every customer receives a great service!
To be successful, you will have great communication skills, be great on the phone (as you may have to do some upselling whilst on the phone) and be able to excel in an incredibly fast paced environment.
