We’re actively seeking a Head of Ticketing to take overall leadership of our Box Office and Ticketing Team. A key role within the business, the role requires an experienced ticketing professional able to deliver the ticketing strategy in a busy sporting environment, and also ensure that daily ticketing operations are of the very highest standards.
A permanent position, you’ll be able to bring ideas and innovation to our business, making sure that we are at the forefront of technology when it comes to ticket sales, through both on and offline channels.
You’ll look after event setup across all commercial product areas, report sales figures, and be in charge of your own departmental budget. Customer service is a critical part of the role too, ensuring the very best experience for our supporters and visitors.
Experience working with CRM / Databases would be extremely beneficial as you’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging marketing / ticketing campaigns.
Essential experience required for this role includes;
Experience managing or supervising a busy ticket office (Either as Manager or Supervisor)
Used to association systems such as Access Control and Direct Debits
A strong understanding of ticketing, to include loyalty points, e-cash and supporter profiling
Strong head for figures due to the need to manage budgets and report sales figures
Technologically smart, keeping up to date with the latest ticketing platforms / technologies
The role is typically 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, with rotated non-match day Saturdays, and all match days worked. Flexibility is required due to the nature of the role
