We’re exclusively retained on behalf of one of London’s most prestigious sporting venues to identify a Head of Hospitality Sales. A key strategic role, you’ll have a rare opportunity to build your own team, define go to market strategy and define your target audience which is likely to include high net worth individuals and large corporate institutions.
This exciting opportunity requires strong experience in a senior hospitality sales role within a significant venue and a track record of achieving / exceeding budget.
You’ll develop the marketing plan, be digitally savvy, use compelling content to engage your audience and be used to selling premium hospitality in prestigious venues and / or major events.
Developing innovative campaigns to generate revenue you’ll be tasked with some of the following key responsibilities;
·Defining and executing the premium hospitality sales strategy
·Developing an understanding of key customer segments and their needs to optimise propositions and pricing
·Defining target audiences, routes to market and deploy resource appropriately
·Building the hospitality sales team, optimising structure, providing coaching, setting priorities and targets
·Maximise the revenue/yield delivery of Hospitality across all products:
·Reporting and budget management
Managing, motivating and leading the sales team to ensure outstanding service and results, you’ll implement and manage the sales process and work closely with the Director of Hospitality Operations to define strategy and ensure high-quality delivery of major events.
Setting sales budgets across income and expenditure, you’ll work closely with the in-house catering team and also with external agencies and resellers.
