Full-time, 10 month fixed-term contract
We’re actively seeking a digitally focussed Project Manager to join a brilliant sporting organisation who have a number of exciting and digital and infrastructure focussed projects in the development pipeline.
They’re looking for a Prince2 qualified Project Manager who has great experience covering technology infrastructure to support a number of Online / Digital, E-Commerce, Web, CRM and IT upgrade and implementation projects. There’s a strong team already in place and they now need additional support to take full lifecycle responsibility for a range of projects.
Working across a range of diverse and challenging projects, you’ll be up to date with the latest thinking / technology when it comes to customer engagement / interactions and will be able to add real insight to this fast growing team. They’re always looking at ways to better communicate with their customer base and will look to appoint someone creative with fresh and innovative ideas.
You’ll enjoy working in a fast paced environment (A typical project lasts 12-14 weeks) and will be adept at working closely and diplomatically with key stakeholders to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
At any given time you might be juggling two or three projects so great organisational skills, humour and attention to detail is critical. You’ll look at ways in which data can be collected, automated, and integrated to allow quick evaluation of consumer trends and provide input in to other departments including marketing.
To be considered you’ll need a strong track record in Digital Project Management, ideally within a commercially focussed environment. Prince2 qualifications would be a distinct advantage. It’s also really important that you have a great understanding of social media, the web and audio / visual content.
