A Bit About The Job
We’re seeking a digital-savvy Marketing Executive who knows what great content looks like and how to push such content out through e-mail marketing tools and integrators. You’ll be able to write engaging copy, segment audiences across both B2B and B2C, and be really comfortable using digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics.

Digital - Website and search engine marketing
E-mail – Highly targeted e-marketing campaign management
Social Media – Audience engagement and growth
Advertising – Job boards, online, traditional print
Content – Blog writing, content creation
Design - Basic presentation / social content
Innovation / Competitor Analysis – Ensuring we’re one step ahead, at all times!
Tech – Ensuring that all our systems talk nicely to each other! (Our CRM is Bullhorn)
We’ll ask you to make the very best use of data and insights to really understand our target candidate behaviours and how best to reach them. You’ll also grow The Executives In Sport Group brand and help define our ongoing marketing strategy across B2C and B2B.
Able to develop engaging short, medium and long term content strategy, you’ll have hawk like attention to detail and ideally a good appreciation of SEO too.
You’ll also be comfortable reporting on all e-mail and web based activity to ensure tangible returns and continuous improvements, both in response / engagement but also candidate and client user experience.
Our preferred candidate is likely to have a genuine passion for sport and, ideally, experience working in a recruitment agency environment, although this is not essential.
