We are currently working with a great venue near Liverpool who are looking for a target-driven and highly motivated Conference and Events Sales Executive.

In this position you will be responsible for the full sales cycle including generating your own leads, making contact with potential customers by phone, email and face to face meetings and building long-term profitable relationships.
You will be expected to hit targets and, as a result, will need to be extremely self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment.
In order to be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience of selling conference and / or events packages, ideally within a sports or hotel environment. You will need to hit the ground running and therefore a good awareness of potential clients would be necessary.
Proven success in a business to business sales environment is essential. Knowledge of events and conference packages and the types of clients these may appeal to would be of benefit to the successful candidate.

This position is paying a basic salary of up to £26,600 plus 30% bonus, plus excellent benefits.
