We're actively seeking a Compliance Manager with broad experience of insurance, risk and, ideally, health and safety, to work with our client, a leading sports organisation in the North-West.
This a varied role with a number of key responsibilities which will include developing, implementing, coordinating, maintaining and, where necessary auditing, the risk management strategy, business continuity plans, quality assurance systems and health and safety management systems. You will also be responsible for all insurance policies and practices.
Given the nature of the role, it should go without saying that you will need to ensure that all systems, process and documentation are compliant and in line with current legislation.
It is essential that you have proven experience of delivering work / projects on budget and within resource and time constraints. You will be a good communicator who is happy liaising with both internal / external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have experience of managing risk, insurance and compliance for a large organisation, have proven relationship / stakeholder management experience and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
