WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR//

A leading sports sponsorship and entertainment research consultancy are seeking a Client Services Manager to work in key account handling positions with some of their biggest clients, providing insights on their data.
 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING//

As Client Services Manager you will be an expert at handling client relationships. You’ll be the client’s day to day contact as you manage their project briefs and work closely with them across the full project life cycle to meet their objectives and keep them in the loop. You’ve got a great way with words and you’ll use this to write clear and concise reports, creating a clear narrative to explain the data and its meaning to your clients. You’ll also use your ability with Excel to analyse the data, selecting the best methods to display it. Your project management skills will be used on a daily basis as you co-ordinate projects of varying complexities, setting timetables, monitoring progress and dealing with any problems both independently and as part of a team.
 

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED//

  • Be client focussed and experience in account management and handling client’s objectives
  • Great problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
  • An ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage your time effectively
  • Ideally you will have experience in the sport business sector or a desire to learn
  • You must have a high level of ability with Microsoft office, in particular Excel
