We are working with a global brand, and leader in their field, to find a Business Director in the Sports and Entertainment sector of the company. You’ll be a high-performing, creative and commercially driven leader who’s a pro at pitching and executing world-class visual content solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING//
A key focus for this Director-level management role is nurturing and developing relationships with global clients across Sport and Entertainment Brands, PRs and agencies as well as with rights holders and major events. You’ll lead commercial activity with a solution led and creative approach, utilising your brand partnerships sales experience and your relevant industry contacts.
Managing and motivating a team of 7 to meet (and exceed) targets you’ll be tasked with optimising the organisation’s full service offering and provide a clear and cohesive commercial strategy. You’ll be replied upon to drive a thriving team environment based on excellent delivery, customer engagement and commercial returns.
Development of services will fall to you as you work closely with other departments within the business to enhance and elevate both the team and customer experience.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED//
5+ years sales experience in the sport/entertainment sector
Relationships with high level industry contacts
Successful track record of B2B sales
A strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
