Goodform are an innovative sports marketing agency working with a broad range of professional sports teams, governing bodies, venues and leagues to deliver tailored and results driven marketing campaigns.
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR//
They are looking for an Account Manager with extensive experience in the digital space to lead and deliver excellent client account management; to meet key strategic objectives and data growth plans.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING//
It’s a key client facing role, managing the full client process with a solution led approach. This includes the development of regular reports on campaign outcomes and working with relevant teams to provide a detailed analysis on all campaign objectives. You’ll ideally have a commercial mindset to spot account growth opportunities, always with client goals and aims at the forefront of your thinking.
You’ll be responsible for keeping account plans completed and up to date and ensuring clients enjoy continuous progression across data, digital and CRM delivery. CRM is important to the role and you will create a tactical CRM marketing plan for each client to provide ongoing direction in terms of target market and content in email campaigns.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED//
- Must have experience in a client facing role
- Experience in devising a CRM marketing plan
- Digital marketing and B2C marketing experience
- Experience in managing client relationships
- An understanding of technology and database tools
