The Scarlets, off the back of on field success, wanted to grow their commercial operations and bring sales back in house, with several key appointments. This would help the club to extend their reach and engagement on a local, national and international scale.
The club asked The Executives In Sport Group to identify and attract a Sponsorship Sales Manager, who could look to build strong links in the local community, and focus on advertising, hospitality and match day sales. The individual would need a strong background in business development and the ability to negotiate end to end contracts.
